Charming vintage Japanese Hakata Geisha doll with red Shi-Shi (Lion) mask, c. 1950.  Outstanding large Hakata doll represents a finely-modeled lady dancing with red Shi-Shi mask. Beautifully detailed fluid lightly-pink kimono painted with pauwlonia design, and olive obi with butterfly motif. Colors contain mother-of-pearl.  Lovely expressive face, sensual pose.    Dimension: 39 cm/15.6" high.  On  black lacquered stand. Excellent condition. Sold, thank you
