	This is unique Meiji era old Kutani ('Ko Kutani') pair of figurines of Noh actors which represent so-called 'old couple of 'Takasago', Japanese Gods of marital happiness. These antique dancing figurines with polychrome over glaze bold hand painting are in excellent condition with no repairs or cracks. There are  Kutani stamp on the base of each porcelain figurine.
