That is Japanese work of Art, black formal heavy silk haori jacket with five samurai family Ageha mon or crest and with  silk  lining hand painted and gilded  with an images of a Tiger getting to a shore overgrown with bamboo. Wonderful picturesque scene which  full of the moonlight and with dangerous wild creature of prey with golden fur.
Haori is in excellent condition according to age.
